post-show

It was so great to see lots of people at the East Burwood show. Walking around a couple of times I noticed that there were more demonstrations this time and lots of people taking advantage to sit and find out about products and how to use them.
Thanks to the traders who once more were incredibly generous with door prizes - we had heaps of giveaways and there were heaps of winners. A few people received "lucky spot surprise prizes" (which we invented on the spot to inject a bit more fun into the weekend).

If you didn't make it, not to worry - come along to our Pakenham show in June.
This promises to be as big (if not bigger) than East Burwood and we have several new traders from the eastern areas of Victoria.

To give you all a bit of a heads-up, here's your chance to win one of 10 free entry tickets to our Pakenham show:
send to me your name and email address by June 19th to go in the draw. Winners will be drawn on Monday 20th June.

Parchment craft special offer

If you are like me, you've oohed and aahed over the beautiful designs that can be made with parchment craft (pergamano), well now is your chance to try your hand:
this weekend at the East Burwood show you'll get to have a go embossing with Multi grids.
The parchment craft experts at TG Craft and Creative Butterflies are getting together to show you what to do - and on top of that they have a special show offer:

* buy a Multigrid and you can get a BINDER for the special price of $ 2.50
Binder includes: A5 vellum, pattern and plastic pockets to store your grids.
The multigrids are available from TG CRAFT.

ONLY at this SHOW

After the show the price will be $ 4.00 per binder.

This is just one of many product demonstrations and make-n-takes on offer, so make sure you allow enough time to get around and take advantage of everything at the show.

Stampin' Up goodies winner

Stampin' Up had a competition to win a box of goodies at the Geelong show and I am pleased to announce that the winner is Judy Stubley of Bell Post Hill, Vic.
Congratulations Judy! Sam from stampin' Up will contact you shortly.

Geelong show

We had a great time at the Geelong show - it was fabulous to see so many people coming along instead of going to the airshow.
Lots of happy people went home with some great prizes and we will be coming back next year to do it again.
The venue is fantastic - lots of light (great for the demonstrations as well as shopping) and loads of parking.
The canteen area was very busy - due to the yummy slices and sandwiches made freshly onsite.
Our new staff members James and Mandy were fantastic - thank you very much - and Leith (our super-slice-salesman) outdid himself by working very hard to keep you all fed and watered.
On behalf of my staff and myself thanks to all the traders who are helping to make this a great show and a fun weekend for us all. I certainly appreciate you all - your attitude and co-operation makes my role a lot easier.

Moving on..
East Burwood - less than 2 weeks! Yikes.
It's going to be great - I even believe that lots of the ladies are making the long trip over from Geelong (although it doesn't beat Barb who comes across from Perth every year!).

I'll see you all at the show.
Warm regards.
